It is indeed a pleasure to welcome you all to Chennai, India, for the 8th International Congress of the International Neuropsychiatry Association. Over 3 days through 5 plenary sessions, 9 symposia, 3 workshops and walking poster sessions we will explore together "New Frontiers in Neuropsychiatry".
A host of international leaders in the field have committed their time and expertise to this event, being held in Asia for only the second time, since its inception. Chennai is the cultural capital of south India and prides itself for its rich tradition of art, music, dance, culture and cuisine.
